With sustainability at the core of their operations, TINE Ireland sought to reduce reliance on traditional energy sources and meaningfully cut its carbon emissions. MarVal Power was selected on the strength of its technical expertise and its track record managing complex commercial installations with strict continuity requirements.

MarVal Power installed an 812 kWp solar PV system built around 1,812 Tier-1 Longi solar panels paired with six SMA 110 kW Core 2 inverters. The German-manufactured Core 2 units deliver top-tier efficiency and long-term reliability. The installation was tailored to overcome the site's technical constraints, including a custom-designed G10 panel for the plant room and structural adaptations for roof load and protection.

The project illustrates how large-scale commercial solar can deliver tangible energy, environmental and financial benefits. Through strategic design and precise execution, MarVal Power helped TINE Ireland advance its sustainability goals while ensuring seamless integration with continuous production operations, 215 tonnes of CO₂ avoided annually, and a working template for the sector.
